Dominic brings 30 years of business development, sales and marketing experience to the Best Doctors team. 10 years ago Dominic joined the EMEAA division to lead the UK and Ireland team’s expansion project. His profound experience aided the active promotion of Best Doctors’ services and in turn, helped fortify partnering insurers and IFAs’ portfolios. Since 2014 Dominic heads up all European sales and account management teams. His leadership is vital for our clients and organisation. Dominic’s daily efforts help ensure that all of their needs are met and that they are obtaining an optimal use of Best Doctors services. Prior to joining Best Doctors, he held the role of Marketing Director for several organisations including Aon Managed Care and Vespasian Management Ltd. Dominic attended St Benedict’s School in Ealing and holds a joint Master’s Degree in Medieval History and Fine Art from the University of St. Andrews.
Steven is a skilled and proven leader that spans business strategy and business development on both the domestic and international stage. Steven’s strength is building long term sustainable relationships with clients and partners alike. Steven has worked within sales and account management for almost 30 years & he brings local and international experience within the credit risk healthcare space to Best Doctors. Previously, Steven spent 10 years at TransUnion as the Business Development Executive where he was responsible for the radical shift in business strategy from product-based to consultative & solution selling, repositioning the company as a forceful entity. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of South Africa.
Robin Cooper is Vice President, Strategic Relationships at Best Doctors. A passionate and strategic leader, Robin brings over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry in business development and strategic partnership opportunities. Prior to joining Best Doctors, Robin was the VP, Client Relations at leading a sales and leadership training organization, responsible for delivering highly relevant, insightful and practical e-learning,training and consulting solutions that improve clients’ performance and business results within the telecom,consumer packaged goods, automotive, and financial services industries. Robin was Director, Business Development at a large, national employee assistance program driving strong results on sales and business development opportunities within the direct, insurance and advisor communities. As a member of the Canadian leadership team, Robin’s strong track record of developing strategic initiatives and objectives and executing on action plans has helped the organization boost sales and growth. Robin brings a unique combination of business acumen to her role complemented with her strong relationship management skills that serves Best Doctors well for long term growth and market leadership. Robin holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Ryerson University.
Kelly is Teladoc’s Chief Client Officer and, in partnership with our clients, assures that we deliver convenience, outcomes and value.
As an executive with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare organizations, Kelly has strong expertise in organizational development and human capital management and has aligned and led high-functioning global teams.
At Best Doctors, Kelly served as Chief of Staff and led strategic growth initiatives while managing functions such as HR, IT Infrastructure, Real Estate, and Account Management.
Kelly holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology from Nichols College.

Jeff brings a lengthy career in health analytics and informatics to Best Doctors/Rise Health. Previously, Jeff was the Associate Vice President of Performance and Outcomes for Nationwide Better Health where he was responsible for analyzing outcomes across their business portfolio including Medical Management, Health Promotion, Disability Management, Absence Management, and Population Risk Assessment. His work focused on providing information-based business intelligence and applying information and analytics to solve specific problems for clients and business leaders. Prior to his work with Nationwide Better Health, Jeff served for five years as the Vice President of Clinical Informatics at Cigna Health care. His experience also includes work as the CFO for HealthNet of Southern California. Jeff holds a degree in health care administration from Providence College and a masters in health care management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

As Vice President for US Member Services and Operations for Group Health business, Sue leads the team responsible for connecting members to medical specialists who can best address each member’s personal health challenge. Member satisfaction and clinical quality are key objectives, ensuring every member experiences a positive, memorable interaction with Best Doctors. Sue has over 20 years of experience in Operations including: customer service, eligibility, enrollment, data analytics, vendor management and consumer driven health care. Prior to joining Best Doctors, Sue was the Senior Director for Service Strategy and Engagement at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts responsible for building strategies to enhance the overall customer experience. During her tenure she was the Director of Member Service and drove results for outstanding customer service ratings, world class call center achievements, new training and quality programs and implemented a new service model and tools to support member experience. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Emmanuel College.

Dr. Lewis Levy serves as the chief medical officer at Teladoc. He is responsible for leading the company’s global medical affairs and quality initiatives, as well as overseeing the expansion of Teladoc’s physician network.
Dr. Levy previously served as CMO at Best Doctors, the world’s leading expert medical consultation company, where he significantly contributed to the company’s medical standards and reputation for quality care in highly complex, specialized clinical cases. Dr. Levy has more than 25 years of clinical experience as an internist at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates in Boston, and has had an extensive teaching career at Harvard Medical School and the Brigham and Women’s Hospital. He is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Cornell University and holds a medical degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the Graduate Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.

Peter McClennen is president of Teladoc, responsible for all commercial operations globally, including sales, account management, product development and strategy.
With more than 25 years of healthcare leadership experience, Mr. McClennen has a proven track record of building and managing successful, high-performing organizations focused on growth. In his role as chief executive officer of Best Doctors, he oversaw the global expansion of the company’s product portfolio and eventual acquisition by Teladoc. As president of dbMotion, an innovative provider of medical informatics, Mr. McClennen was integral in building a successful business from its inception.
He has also held senior leadership operations positions at noted healthcare leaders Allscripts Health Solutions, GE Healthcare, Fujifilm Medical Systems, and AMICAS Inc.
